SHIPPING POLICY
· Shipping rates are calculated by the shipping carrier selected, based on order size and shipping address provided. Your shipping rate is finalized at checkout.
· All orders placed by 3:00 PM will ship out the same business day, whereas orders placed after 3:00 PM (OR during the weekend) will ship out by the next business day.
· Once your order has been processed and shipped out, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.
· Demiya’s Closet is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is misdelivered, as the recipient of the package, you are required to get in contact with the shipping carrier to file a claim. We can provide you with all the necessary information for the investigation; however, please keep in mind that this is a matter completely out of our control.
Undeliverable/Lost/Return to Sender Packages
If your package does not successfully deliver and is sent back to Demiya’s Ex’Cluve Closet, it is typically due to insufficient address information. Your package will be returned and “Returned to Sender” will be stated on your tracking information. This can happen if:
The shipping address does not exist.
The shipping address is misspelled by the customer.
The shipping address is missing information (i.e. apt/bldg/suite number).
The carrier is unable to safely deliver the package after at least one attempt.
The addressee has moved.
The addressee has refused the package.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We do apologize if the item you received doesn't meet your standards.
Due to the nature of the fast-paced, ever-changing resale industry, all sales must be returned within 15 days of receiving product to receive refund on products. After 15 days Demiya’s Closet will provide an e-gift card for all returns. To ensure the utmost product quality, we check all our merchandise before processing. However, in the rare occurrence that damaged items are received, please email us photo evidence of the damaged merchandise to info@demiyascloset.shop; the return inquiry must be done within 15 days of your order’s ship date. Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will follow up via email with your return instructions. Your return will be processed after the return shipment has been received by our store.
